Meraki Group is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager who leads accounting operations, manages a small team, and handles internal controls.Leadership & Corporate ReportingTeam Management: Directs and guides a team of 3 accountantsCorporate Communication: Reports financial updates directly to corporate headquartersFinancial Operations & PlanningMIS Preparation: Builds Management Information Systems reports to track business performanceCash Flow & Funding: Plans cash flow and manages daily funding needsCollections: Tracks receivables and follows up for timely paymentsControls & Business SupportAudit Management: Handles internal and external auditsInventory Checks: Performs internal checks on stores and stockTeam Support: Assists both the production and commercial departments with daily financial needsRequirementsPrevious experience in managing a team of 3-45-6 years of relevant experience ACCA, CA or CA inter preferredCurrently holding the title of Assistant Manager or equivalent
