Assistant Finance Manager (Group Consolidation)

قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجManage regional financial reporting and group consolidation across multiple countries and entities.Ensure financial reports and statements are prepared accurately and on time in compliance with IFRS and relevant regulatory requirements.Prepare and review management accounts, financial statements, consolidation schedules, and financial reports.Monitor and manage regional cash flow, funding requirements, and credit facilities to ensure sufficient liquidity.Prepare and update budgets, forecasts, and financial projections on a monthly and quarterly basis.Oversee general ledger, month-end closing, reconciliations, and variance analysis, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.Maintain and enhance internal controls and financial processes to ensure compliance and data integrity.Work closely with regional and cross-functional teams to improve finance processes and reporting efficiency.Coordinate internal and external audits, including preparation of supporting documents and responses to audit queries.Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, legal advisors, and relevant authorities on finance-related matters.Support ad hoc projects and assignments as required by management.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, financial reporting, consolidation, or treasury.Experience in audit, corporate, or MNC environments is preferred.Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, consolidation, and financial analysis.Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet reporting deadlines.
