(Assistant) Finance Manager (Management Accounting)

Key Responsibilities:Prepare monthly management accounts and presentation materials for internal stakeholders;Establish budgets and forecasts and perform variance analysis on financial performance;Reconcile financial data with various business lines and assist in business performance reviews;Support ad-hoc projects and analysis.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline;Minimum 2 years of experience in management reporting or FP&A within Financial Services industry;Professional qualification such as CFA, FRM, CPA is a strong advantage;Good command of spoken and wrttien English and Chinese;Proficiency in use of MS office (including MS Excel & PowerPoint), experience with SAP perferred;Good team player and demonstrated strong interpersonal skills;Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
