Apply & track with Apply EdgeJOB SUMMARYLead and support operational finance activities to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective costcontrol, and insightful business analysis. Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement,Engineering, and Plant Leadership to improve financial performance and drive data-based decisionmaking.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFinancial Planning & AnalysisPrepare monthly financial analysis, including manufacturing cost, spending, productivity, and profitability.Analyze actual performance versus budget, forecast, and prior year, providing actionable insights.Support annual budget and periodic forecasting processes.Monitor financial KPIs and identify risks and opportunities.Improve reporting efficiency through automation using Power BI, Power Query, Excel, or other digital tools.Utilize AI and digital technologies to simplify reporting and enhance decision-making.Monitor manufacturing costs including direct materials, indirect materials, labor, overhead, and logistics.Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.Business PartneringAct as finance business partner for Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, and Supply Chain.Support operational decision-making through financial analysis and business case evaluation.Review CAPEX proposals, investment analysis, and post-investment performance.Challenge business assumptions and provide recommendations to improve profitability.Leadership (Supervisor / Assistant Manager)Coach and develop finance analysts or team members.Coordinate team priorities and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.Support Finance Manager in strategic initiatives and organizational development.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.CPA, CMA, ACCA, or MBA is an advantage.7+ years of finance, audit relevant experience related to manufacturing industryCandidates with a Big 4 background are preferred.Experience leading projects and supervising a small finance team.Strong business partnering experience with plant leadership.Strong knowledge of: Cost Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budgeting & Forecasting, Inventory Accounting, Standard Costing, Variance Analysis, CAPEX Evaluation.Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc.).Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, or similar reporting tools.Experience in multinational manufacturing companies.Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes and cost drivers.Fluent in English.
