Assistant Finance Manager (Regional Scope)

A global marketing and brand activation organization in the search for an Assistant Finance Manager to join their regional finance team.📍 Location: Kuala LumpurThis is a great opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys working beyond traditional accounting - combining financial management, taxation, business partnering and regional stakeholder management.🔹 Key Responsibilities• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management• Oversee tax compliance, tax audits and statutory requirements• Manage transfer pricing and intercompany transactions• Partner with senior management on financial and commercial decisions• Drive finance process improvements and strengthen internal controls• Work closely with regional and global finance teams🔹 Ideal Profile• 10+ years of progressive Finance & Tax experience• 5+ years in a managerial / leadership capacity• Strong exposure to tax, transfer pricing and financial reporting• Experience working across multiple markets / regional environments• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local statutory requirements• MNC experience preferred• ACCA / CPA is highly desirable• Big 4 or external tax advisory experience is a strong advantage
