This vibrant destination offers a seamless blend of relaxation, indulgence, and recreation, making it the ultimate gateway to the Yas Island experience.About the JobThe Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets, ensuring consistently high standards of service, guest satisfaction, quality, and profitability. The role is responsible for providing operational leadership across restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, and other F&B areas, while ensuring compliance with hotel standards, health and safety requirements, and applicable policies and regulations.About YouBachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field is preferred.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-volume hospitality environment.Previous supervisory or management experience in Food & Beverage operations.Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and/or resort F&B operations.Experience managing diverse teams in a multicultural environment.Strong understanding of F&B cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization.Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.Shape Your Career with Yas Plaza Hotels by IHGAt Yas Plaza Hotels, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
