Assistant - Foundry & New Product Development

Do you have experience in manufacturing, mold development, or foundry operations? Join our team as a Foundry & New Product Development Assistant and support Plaster of Paris (POP) mold development, bra cup manufacturing, aluminum casting, and new product development in a dynamic manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesMolded Cup / New Product DevelopmentSupport the development and finishing of Plaster of Paris (POP) moldsAssist in bra cup and plastic shot measurement activities.Support plaster mold development and finishing processes.Learn foam and fabric specifications used in cup manufacturing.Participate in bra cup, plastic shot, and model making processes.Assist in left and right cup and plastic shot development.Support mold preparation, casting arrangements, and mold maintenance.Assist with aluminum mold checking, cleaning, and finishing.Support mold installation and machine setup activities.Participate in first-piece sample development and sample making.Assist with mold measurement adjustments and quality inspections.Conduct final sample quality checks under supervision.Foundry OperationsAssist in sand mixing and mold preparation for casting.Support mold model making and casting preparation activities.Participate in aluminum melting and casting operations.Assist in mold finishing and quality inspection processes.Follow safety and quality standards within the foundry environment.RequirementsG.C.E.
