This role supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes, reservation management, and handling guest inquiries. The position involves supervising front office staff, ensuring adherence to service standards, and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally. The Assistant Front Office Manager coordinates with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Additional responsibilities include monitoring lobby appearance, maintaining accurate records, assisting with staff scheduling, and contributing to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Front Office and Customer Service skills to manage guest interactions and front desk operations effectively.Candidates should possess Office Administration and Customer Satisfaction skills to coordinate daily activities and ensure high-quality guest experiences.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with guests, colleagues, and management.Relevant experience in hotel front office or hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory or team lead capacity.Knowledge of hotel property management systems and basic reservation procedures.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field is preferred.
