ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER – HOSPITALITY | DUBAIWe are confidentially seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team of a premium F&B operation in Dubai.This is a key operational leadership position for a hands-on hospitality and F&B professional who can support the senior management in driving service excellence, team performance, operational standards, guest satisfaction, and commercial results.Key Responsibilities* Support the senior management in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations and ensuring consistently high standards of service.* Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the front-of-house team while fostering a professional and performance-driven culture.* Maintain a strong presence on the floor and ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout service.* Monitor operational performance, productivity, staffing levels, and cost controls.* Work closely with Culinary and other support functions to ensure seamless daily operations.* Handle guest feedback and operational challenges effectively and professionally.* Support recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning within the operations team.* Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, health & safety requirements, and local regulations.* Assist in driving revenue opportunities while maintaining appropriate control of operational costs.* Deputize for the senior management when required.What We’re Looking For* Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar senior operational leadership role within premium, luxury, or high-volume hospitality.* Strong understanding of restaurant operations, guest experience, team management, and commercial performance.* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multicultural teams in a fast-moving hospitality environment.* Strong knowledge of operational KPIs, labor productivity, cost control, and revenue management.* Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.* Highly hands-on, organized, commercially aware, and comfortable taking ownership.* Previous experience within the UAE or GCC hospitality market is highly preferred.* Flexibility to work according to operational requirements.The OpportunityThis role offers the opportunity to join an established premium hospitality operation and take on a highly visible leadership position with significant responsibility for both people and operational performance.📍 Location: Dubai, UAEInterested candidates are invited to apply directly through LinkedIn with an updated CV.All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.
