This is a full-time, on-site position with Wednesdays and Thursday’s off and biweekly rotating hours.The Assistant General Manager will oversee the full guest experience and support the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint. They are responsible for operating the front desk, managing guest check-in and check-outs, upselling, and addressing guest inquiries.This individual must have experience using Opera or Room Master and will always maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
