The company’s operations are driven by advanced automated systems and supported by multiple quality assurance certifications.Role Description The Assistant General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region, supporting overall business operations and strategic initiatives for Seder Group. This role assists the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day activities, including monitoring project performance, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The Assistant General Manager contributes to planning and implementing operational strategies, managing budgets, and optimizing resource allocation across multiple service lines. Responsibilities include reviewing reports and KPIs, identifying process improvements, supporting client relationship management, and participating in contract negotiations and business development efforts. The role also involves guiding teams, fostering a culture of safety and compliance, and supporting the implementation of automated systems and quality standards across operations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong leadership, team management, and people development skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams and build cross-functional collaboration.Candidates should possess operational management, project management, and process improvement skills, including experience overseeing complex service operations and implementing efficiency initiatives.Candidates should possess strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data, manage KPIs, and support long-term business objectives.Candidates should possess financial and budget management skills, including experience with cost control, resource allocation, and performance reporting.Candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.Candidates should possess knowledge of relevant Saudi regulations and labor laws, as well as familiarity with quality assurance standards and compliance practices.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is an advantage.Prior experience in facility management, contracting, infrastructure, or related industries, preferably in
