Location: Ajman, UAE (on-site)Reporting to: General Manager / Group ManagementSalary: Up to AED 15,000 per month + Company Visa + HousingAbout the RoleOur client is a growing group with business interests across multiple industries.

They are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in running the group's day-to-day operations. The role involves driving efficiency across business units and making sure strategic plans are carried out. It suits a hands-on leader who is comfortable managing diverse teams and businesses at the same time.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the General Manager in overseeing operations, administration and performance across all group companiesCoordinate between business units to keep work aligned with group objectives, budgets and timelinesMonitor KPIs, financial performance and operational reports, and recommend improvementsLead and supervise department heads and teams, with clear accountability and performance trackingDevelop, implement and enforce policies, SOPs and internal controls across the groupOversee procurement, vendor management, contracts and cost-control initiativesHandle HR and administrative matters, including manpower planning, compliance and staff welfareLiaise with government authorities, free zones, banks, clients and key partnersIdentify new business opportunities and support expansion or diversification projectsAct on behalf of the General Manager when required and represent the company at meetingsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (MBA preferred)15+ years of progressive experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management roleProven experience across diverse industries, such as trading, manufacturing, contracting, services, hospitality or retailStrong UAE market knowledge, including government processes, labour law and business setupExcellent leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L and cost controlExcellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)Must own a car and hold a valid UAE driving licenceMust be willing to work in AjmanHow to applySend your updated CV to cosurgerglobal02@gmail.com with the subject line "Assistant GM – Ajman".Cosurger Global Partners – Precision Hiring for Growth
