Team members join a growing organization that values innovation, quality, and long-term industry impact.Role Description The Assistant General Manager: Factory Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position oversees day-to-day factory operations, including production planning, resource allocation, workflow optimization, and adherence to quality and safety standards. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, managing vendor and customer-related operational issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The Assistant General Manager will support strategic operational initiatives, manage budgets and cost controls, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. This role also includes mentoring team members, resolving escalations, and collaborating with senior leadership on operational goals.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong General Management and Team Management skills to lead factory staff and coordinate cross-functional activities.Candidates should possess solid Operations Management and Customer Service skills to ensure efficient production and high customer satisfaction.Candidates should possess effective Budgeting skills to manage costs, optimize resource utilization, and support financial planning.Experience in manufacturing, automotive, telecom, or EV-related operations is highly beneficial.Ability to analyze data, implement process improvements, and maintain quality and safety compliance.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
