Key Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurantLead and motivate the front-of-house teamMaintain high standards of guest service and hospitalityMonitor operational procedures, quality, and service standardsSupport staff training, scheduling, and performance managementAssist with cost control, inventory, and achieving financial targetsHandle guest feedback and resolve operational issues professionallyEnsure compliance with health, safety, and company standards

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurantStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent customer-service mindsetGood understanding of restaurant operations and cost controlAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, organized, and hands-on approachRelevant hospitality experience in the UAE is an advantageConfidentiality:The restaurant name and further company details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
