Guests can also indulge and immerse themselves in a relaxing sensory experience in our world renowned spa and fitness center or hold high-powered business gatherings in any of our state-of-the-art meeting rooms.Job DescriptionReporting to the Housekeeping Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceLead and assist the Banquet Director in the day-to-day operation of the department and ensure service standards are followedConduct regular inspections of all banquet areasTrain all Supervisors and Colleagues as requiredWork closely with the Maintenance department to address all banquet areas repairsAddress all guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper departmentsBalance operational, administrative and Colleague needsFollow departmental policies and proceduresReport necessary maintenance itemsFollow all safety and sanitation policiesOther duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious leadership experience requiredComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications an assetUniversity/College degree in a related discipline an assetExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAdditional InformationWhy work for Accor?We are far more than a worldwide leader.
