You will help ensure that housing facilities are clean, safe, comfortable, well-maintained, and compliant with company standards and health and safety requirements.The role involves supervising housing coordinators and attendants, supporting room allocations and occupancy management, addressing team member concerns, coordinating maintenance and housekeeping requirements, and assisting with the efficient administration of housing operations.You will work closely with Talent and Culture, Facilities, Maintenance, Security, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure a positive and comfortable living environment for all team members.Key Areas of ResponsibilityPlease note that the responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive. As an Assistant Housing Manager, you will need to:Support the Housing Manager in the daily management and operation of team member accommodation.Assist in ensuring housing facilities are clean, safe, comfortable, and maintained to the required resort standards.Supervise and guide Housing Coordinators, Housing Attendants, and other housing team members as assigned.Assist with the allocation and reassignment of accommodation based on occupancy, operational requirements, and team member needs.Maintain accurate records of room assignments, occupancy, vacancies, transfers, and housing inventory.Conduct regular inspections of accommodation areas and report any maintenance, cleanliness, safety, or facility concerns.Coordinate with Maintenance and other relevant departments to ensure repairs and issues are addressed promptly.Monitor the cleanliness and condition of common areas, bedrooms, kitchens, recreational areas, and other team member facilities.Assist in implementing and maintaining housing policies, procedures, and standards.Respond to team member housing concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.Communicate housing rules, policies, procedures, and updates clearly to team members.Assist with check-in and check-out processes for team members moving into or leaving company accommodation.Support the Housing Manager in monitoring housing-related expenses, supplies, and operational requirements.Assist with maintaining adequate stocks of housing supplies, equipment, and amenities.Prepare and maintain housing reports, including occupancy, room allocation, maintenance issues, and other operational information.Support regular housing audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company standards.Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive living environment for all team members.Work closely with Talent and Culture and other departments to resolve accommodation-related matters.Assist the Housing Manager in implementing initiatives to improve team member satisfaction and the overall housing experience.Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of team member information and housing records.Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Perform any other duties as required to support the effective operation of team member housing services.In Return, What We OfferExciting opportunities for personal and professional development at all levels, including targeted development programs to support your career growth.Competitive compensation package.Access to exclusive perks, complimentary nights, and benefits within Red Sea Global Hospitality.Health insurance coverage whilst in service.A supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and collaboration.Employee Recognition Programs.Daily meals on duty and uniform dry-cleaning services.Year-round social, wellness, charity, and sports activities.Accessibility and AdjustmentsWe welcome all applicants and are keen to ensure our employees reflect the diversity of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the communities we serve.
