Assistant HR & Admin Manager

**We're Hiring: HR & Admin Executive/Manager** Value Partner Success Co., Ltd. (VPS IT Solutions) — Yangon, Myanmar VPS IT Solutions is looking for a hands-on HR & Admin professional to own the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment to offboarding — while keeping our office running smoothly. **What you'll do:** 🔹 Full-cycle recruitment: job postings, headhunting, screening & interviewing 🔹 Onboarding & offboarding: orientation, exit interviews, clearance procedures 🔹 Performance management: appraisal cycles & KPI tracking 🔹 Coordinate L&D and training programs 🔹 Employee relations & conflict resolution 🔹 Maintain HR records, Employment Contracts & official letters 🔹 End-to-end monthly payroll processing & PAYE tax filing 🔹 IT logistics support & general office administration (housekeeping, staff ferry, vehicle maintenance) **What we're looking for:** ✅ 3+ years managing HR & Admin functions for an SME (services industry preferred) ✅ Proven employer branding & headhunting experience (IT industry a plus) ✅ Solid knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law and HR policy & procedures ✅ Strong Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills ✅ Great communication, multitasking ability & discretion with confidential information **What we offer:** 💰 Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience) 🚐 Ferry transportation provided 🎉 Attractive annual bonus 📈 Real professional growth opportunities 📩 Ready to join our team?
