Assistant HR & Admin Manager
Job PurposeTo act as an HR Business Partner for the assigned location, focusing on Employee Relations, HR Operations, and people management while coordinating with Head Office HR to support business objectives and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and practices.2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Employee Relations (ER)- Handle employee grievances, complaints, disciplinary cases, workplace conflicts, and investigations.- Advise line managers on employee relations, HR policies, and labor law compliance.- Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.- Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of employee relations cases.B. HR Business Partnering & Operations- Partner with line managers to address workforce needs and people-related challenges.- Manage employee lifecycle documentation, including onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, and resignations.- Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.- Ensure compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.C. Coordination with Head Office HR- TA & Onboarding: Coordinate manpower requirements and support local onboarding arrangements.- Training & Development: Facilitate training activities and employee participation.- Compensation & Benefits: Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, employee benefits, and employee status changes.- Performance Management: Follow up on probation evaluations, performance appraisals, and related documentation.D. Employee Engagement & Culture- Support employee communication, engagement, and workplace culture initiatives.- Gather employee feedback and coordinate with management and Head Office HR to address concerns. 3. Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- At least 5–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Employee Relations and HR Business Partnering.- Good knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR practices.- Strong communication, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work effectively with employees, line managers, and management.
