This position supports the HR Manager in administering day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and personnel record-keeping. The role involves preparing HR reports, maintaining HRIS data, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations. The Assistant HR Manager will help organize training programs, support payroll and benefits administration, and assist with handling employee queries and grievance procedures. The role also contributes to HR projects such as policy updates, engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement of HR processes.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.Ability to maintain accurate HR records, use HRIS or similar systems, and support payroll and benefits administration.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff and management at all levels.Solid understanding of general HR principles and familiarity with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle confidential information responsibly.Proficiency in common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and willingness to learn new HR tools and systems.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.Prior experience in an HR role or similar administrative position; experience in a corporate or multi-branch environment is a plus.
