Location: BangaloreSalary: ₹35,000–40,000/month + PFBenefits: Food + AccommodationExperience: Hotel background mandatoryKey Responsibilities & RequirementsCandidates with only hotel/hospitality HR experience will be considered.Coordinate effectively with staffing vendors and recruitment agencies.Independently handle and close staffing requirements for the South region.Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower coordination.Strong communication, negotiation and vendor-management skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of hiring requirements.Immediate joiners preferred.Candidate should be comfortable with self-managed arrangements for food and accommodation.
