The role will help ensure efficient HR processes, compliance with Philippine labor laws, and effective people strategies that support business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing daily HR operations, including employee records, HRIS, documentation, and HR processes.Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads on hiring requirements and manpower needs.Support workforce planning, including headcount planning, manpower forecasting, and staffing analysis.Prepare and analyze HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and government statutory compliance, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, NTEs, memos, and related documentation.Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.Assist in developing and updating HR policies, employee handbook, and procedures.Ensure HR practices comply with Philippine labor laws and DOLE requirements.Support organizational development and other HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.5–8 years of HR experience with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, payroll, HR operations, and compliance.Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices.Strong experience in HR Analytics and Workforce Planning, including HR reporting, headcount analysis, manpower forecasting, and workforce requirements planning.Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Excel, and HR analytics/reporting tools.Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.Ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and department heads.Experience in the IT, technology industry is an advantage.
