With a growing presence across sales, service and mobility businesses, Suryabala Group is focused on building strong teams and delivering high standards of customer service and operational excellence.About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and responsible Assistant HR Manager to manage HR operations for our Honda BigWing dealership in Erode. The candidate will work closely with the Sales, Service, Parts and Administration teams to ensure smooth HR operations and effective implementation of company processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for Sales, Service, Parts and support functions.Coordinate employee joining, onboarding, induction and documentation.Manage attendance, leave records and employee files.Coordinate payroll and salary processing, including EPF, ESI and statutory requirements.Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company HR policies.Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace concerns.Coordinate employee performance appraisals and evaluations.Implement HR policies, SOPs and processes.Support management in manpower planning and recruitment requirements.Monitor employee attendance, productivity, retention and attrition.Coordinate employee training and development programs.Conduct employee engagement and welfare activities.Ensure proper joining, transfer, promotion and exit formalities.Maintain statutory registers, HR documentation and records for audits.Prepare regular HR MIS reports covering manpower, attendance, recruitment and attrition.Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts and other departments for HR requirements.Support management in maintaining employee discipline and a professional workplace environment.Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee records and HR information.Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.2–5 years of experience in HR operations.Experience in automobile dealerships, retail, service or similar industries will be preferred.Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance and statutory compliance.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good working knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS/DMS and HR reporting systems.Proactive, organized and capable of handling employees across multiple departments.Strong problem-solving and people-management skills.Willing to work on-site in Erode.
