This strategic shift was in response to the unique operational needs of the Onitsuka Tiger brand. Our goal is to elevate Onitsuka Tiger to the pinnacle of premium lifestyle brands on a global scale. As we strengthen our organizational structure to support our growth in Southeast Asia, we are in search of a dedicated Assistant HRGA Manager to actively engage in and support our business development initiatives. The Assistant HRGA Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and general affairs operations within the Philippines market, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment and talent management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, employee relations, and labour compliance. The incumbent will play a critical role as a strategic business partner, driving HR excellence while maintaining consistency with regional HR standards and supporting the seamless execution of people strategies that fuel business growth. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic HR Leadership Act as a Business Partner, advising and building organizational designs to align with business strategies and objectives. Drive initiatives to strengthen Onitsuka Tiger Philippines’s culture and values.Workforce Planning and Budget Management Collaborate with managers on workforce planning and manpower allocation to support business expansion. Plan, monitor, and report on headcount and personnel expense budgets. Talent Management Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies for the office team, ensuring the right talent pipeline for current and future needs. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Prepare employment contracts and other relevant documentation to ensure compliance with Company policies and labour regulations. Facilitate performance management processes, including appraisals, compensation, and benefits. Oversee salary administration, including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments. Conduct talent reviews and succession planning to identify and nurture high-potential employees. HR Policy and Compliance Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives while ensuring compliance with Philippines labour laws and regulations. Manage contracts and documentations in alignment with legal requirements and organizational standards. Employee Engagement Champion employee engagement initiatives based on survey insights; collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and monitor action plans. Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management. Learning and Development Identify employee training needs and source suitable training programs to enhance skills and knowledge, in collaboration with Regional HR team and external training providers. Compensation, Benefits & Payroil Administer employee benefits programs including insurance, leave management, allowances, and other HR-related matters. Coordinate with outsourced payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing, statutory submissions, and payroll reporting. Support payroll-related reconciliations and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements. Reporting and Analytics Prepare and submit HR reports and analysis to management and Regional HR team, including monthly, weekly, and ad hoc reports. Office and Vendor Management Oversee the office relocation project for Onitsuka Tiger Phillipines, coordinating logistics, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure seamless transition. Lead comprehensive office management for the new office, including space planning, setup coordination, and operational readiness. Manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and quality service delivery. Expatriate and Travel Management Support expatriate employees with visa arrangements, housing coordination, and other relocation needs. Coordinate travel arrangements for employees including flight and hotel bookings, ensuring a seamless travel experience. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 to 7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior executive role. Strong understanding of Philippines employment laws and HR best practices. Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution, with the ability to address and resolve a wide range of HR-related issues fairly and effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Good command of English, both verbal and written. Ability to adapt to environmental changes and varying needs with flexibility. Experience in retail industries such as fashion (apparel/footwear) and cosmetics is preferred.
