Jungle Padel places strong emphasis on quality, community, coaching, and creating an engaging environment for both beginners and experienced players, making Seseh an exciting destination for sports, wellness, and social experiences in Bali.What You Will Contribute:As an Assistant Human Resources Manager at The Jungle Padel Seseh, you will support the Venue Manager in managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, performance management, training, HR administration, and employee engagement. You will act as a key link between management and employees, ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented while maintaining a positive, professional, and supportive workplace culture. Your role will also contribute to manpower planning, employee development, compliance, retention, and continuous improvement of HR processes to support the venue's operational and business objectives.What You Will Do:Support the Venue Manager in managing daily HR operations and employee-related matters.Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.Work with department heads to identify manpower requirements and maintain appropriate staffing levels.Ensure new employees receive proper orientation, induction, and introduction to company policies and standards.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.Coordinate payroll-related information, including attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions.Monitor employee performance and support managers with evaluations, coaching, and performance improvement plans.Handle employee concerns, grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters professionally and fairly.Coordinate training and development programs to improve employee skills, performance, and service standards.Support employee engagement, team-building, recognition, and workplace culture initiatives.Monitor employee attendance, turnover, retention, and other key HR metrics.Prepare regular HR reports and provide updates to the Venue Manager on key people-related matters.Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, BPJS requirements, and HR procedures.Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR matters at all times.Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience, retention, and overall people management.Act as a positive representative of The Jungle Padel Seseh and promote a professional, respectful, and supportive workplace culture.Who We’re Looking For:Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, hotel, sports club, or F&B industry.Previous experience as an HR Supervisor, HR Officer, Assistant HR Manager, HR Manager, or similar HR role is preferred.Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.Solid experience in recruitment and selection, particularly for hospitality and operational positions.Good understanding of Indonesian employment regulations, BPJS, employee contracts, and disciplinary procedures.Experience handling employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts.Good understanding of attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR administration.Experience supporting performance management, employee evaluations, and performance improvement initiatives.Experience coordinating employee training and development programs.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.Approachable, empathetic, and able to build trust while maintaining professional boundaries.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proactive and hands-on approach to HR operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Strong understanding of confidentiality and professional ethics when handling employee matters.Good reporting, documentation, and administrative skills.Positive, mature, and professional personality with strong people-management capabilities.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, or outside regular office hours when required.Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
