Combining the precision of Japanese cuisine with the warmth of the Mediterranean, Tapasake brings together its signature restaurant, the UAE's longest suspended infinity pool.We are seeking a strong hospitality professional with proven experience in premium lounges, nightlife, high-energy restaurants, or entertainment-led venues, who understands how to create an exceptional late-night guest experience while maintaining elevated service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Lounge Manager in overseeing daily and late-night lounge operationsLead and motivate the floor team to deliver consistently high service standardsDrive guest engagement, table experience, and overall atmosphere throughout the eveningSupport VIP and high-profile guest management and build relationships with regular clienteleCoordinate closely with the bar, restaurant, guest relations, reservations, entertainment, and security teamsEnsure smooth transition from dining into the late-night lounge experienceSupport revenue generation through strong table management, upselling, and beverage-focused initiativesAssist with team training, scheduling, performance management, and operational standardsMaintain strong awareness of Dubai’s nightlife and lifestyle hospitality marketIdeal Candidate:Minimum 1 year of experience in an assistant management role, or 2–3 years as a Lounge Supervisor, within a premium lounge, nightlife, or high-energy lifestyle dining concept.Strong understanding of nightlife and late-night lounge operationsExperience handling VIP guests and premium table serviceCommercially aware, with a strong focus on beverage sales, average spend, and guest retentionConfident, energetic, highly presentable, and hands-on on the floorStrong leadership and communication skillsPrevious UAE/Dubai nightlife or luxury hospitality experience is highly preferred
