Assistant Maintenance Manager

(SAECO), a proud member of the Rezayat Group.SAECO is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Maintenance to lead maintenance and facility management activities across workshops, office buildings, and staff accommodation, ensuring efficient operations and effective preventive maintenance.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.5–8 years of experience in Maintenance & Facility Management.Proven experience in Preventive Maintenance Planning and Execution.Experience leading maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management activities.Strong knowledge of machinery and equipment monitoring and maintenance.Experience coordinating spare parts, tools, and consumables with Procurement and suppliers.Ability to prepare and submit maintenance progress reports to management.Experience identifying equipment requirements and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and manpower management skills.Excellent time management, interpersonal, and reporting skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead maintenance and facility management activities across workshops, offices, and staff accommodation.Develop, implement, and monitor effective Preventive Maintenance Plans.Monitor the condition and performance of machinery and equipment.Coordinate the availability of spare parts, tools, and consumables.Support Procurement and Operations in obtaining quotations and selecting suitable parts.Prepare timely maintenance reports and provide recommendations to management.Ensure maintenance activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.
