### HR Manager / Deputy Manager – HR**Location:** Bhopal, Madhya PradeshWe are looking for an experienced **HR Manager / Deputy Manager – HR** to manage and oversee the complete HR and Administration functions at our Bhopal plant.**Key Responsibilities:*** Manage end-to-end HR & Administration activities at the plant.* Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.* Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention.* Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.* Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and employee documentation.* Drive employee engagement, training & development, and performance management.* Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies as required.* Manage contractor labour and ensure statutory compliance.* Support plant management in HR policies, manpower cost control, and employee productivity.* Maintain a positive and productive work environment.**Candidate Profile:*** Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Personnel Management, IR, or a related field.* **8–12 years of relevant experience** in Plant/Manufacturing HR.* Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations and Labour Laws.* Experience in handling shop-floor employees and contract labour.* Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.* Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment will be preferred.
