Assistant Manager, Business AnalystReady to help build a digital bank from the ground up?GRG is partnering with a new age digital bank preparing for launch in Saudi Arabia. Built on a modern, cloud native technology platform, the bank is creating simple, secure and fully digital customer experiences aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and the Financial Sector Development Program.The opportunityAs Assistant Manager, Business Analyst, you will sit at the centre of product, business and technology delivery. You will translate customer and commercial needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, helping bring digital journeys across onboarding, accounts, payments, cards and lifestyle services to life.Working closely with Product Owners, UX and UI teams, engineers, operations, compliance and risk, you will support delivery from early design through testing, launch and hypercare. You will also help ensure that every journey is intuitive, scalable and aligned with SAMA requirements.What makes this role stand outJoin a greenfield digital bank before launch and directly influence products customers will use every day.Gain broad exposure across digital product design, agile delivery, banking technology, testing and regulatory governance.Work with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams in a fast moving environment where your analysis will shape real business decisions.What we are looking forTo be considered, you should bring the following experience and capabilities:5 to 8 years of business analysis experience, including at least three years within banking or digital banking. (mandatory)Hands on experience delivering digital products or customer journeys in an agile environment, with strong capability in user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and backlog refinement.Good understanding of banking platforms, APIs, integrations and payment ecosystems such as mada and SARIE. Exposure to digital onboarding, eKYC, cards or open banking is highly valuable.Strong stakeholder communication, structured problem solving and documentation skills, together with fluency in English. Arabic is highly desirable.Experience in Saudi banking, SAMA regulated environments, greenfield bank launches or large scale transformation programmes would be a strong advantage.Candidate preference: In line with the bank's Saudization objectives, Saudi nationals are strongly preferred Those are ad immediately available KSA Nationals will be viewed favourably.QualificationsA bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline is required.A master's degree or relevant certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI PBA, CSPO or PSPO would be an advantage.
