The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong partnerships to increase market share and profitability.Core Responsibilities: Execute business development strategies aimed at growing SuperCare's retail presence and profitability.Identify new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and product/service diversification.Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor performance to inform strategic decision-making.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers, to drive business growth.Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, and retail operations, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of business development plans.Monitor and assess the performance of assigned stores / areas, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired results.Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations during business expansion efforts.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Professional certifications in business development or retail management (preferred).10 years in retail or business development. 3 years in a leadership role.Expertise in business development, retail operations, and market analysis.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.Ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
