Assistant Manager - Business Excellence

Role:Drive continuous improvement, quality assurance, process standardization, and operational excellence initiatives across the organization to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, compliance, and business performance. Lead cross-functional improvement projects by leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies, data-driven insights, and best practices to eliminate inefficiencies and optimize business processes. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement through stakeholder engagement, training programs, governance frameworks, and performance monitoring to achieve sustainable operational excellence and organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities

Drive the Six Sigma culture and initiative across the organization with commitment, passion and persistenceEnsure Positive contribution to the company’s Gross margins and Operating margins.Lead/ participate in Six Sigma and Lean projects.Identify and Mentor Six Sigma and Lean projectsMentor Green Belt TraineesParticipate in consulting assignments… Internally and at Client siteSupport/ Enable change management ensuing from the projectsValue stream Mapping/ Process mapping, Follow up on action itemsRecommend new/ improvements to delivery modelsIdentify and ensure implementation automation projects, process improvements and cost optimization opportunities.Support maintenance of World Class Delivery standardsSupport Initiatives from CEO’s office through CEO PMOCreate reports for COO, Functional heads\Operational Heads and QPE.Monitor dashboards and issues for early warning signals and trends.Support for RFP, RFI, Sales Collaterals, Participate in various meetings as part of the profileSix Sigma and other (ARM grid) trainings.Criteria :Any Graduate7+ Years of experience including 2 years as AM/DMMust have driven process improvement plans/continuous improvement in customer service domain.Should be aware of DMAIC & Hypothesis TestingSix Sigma Green Belt OR Black Belt certificationAnalytics and good knowledge of MS Office
