Key Responsibilities

Range Development & Product Review: Develop customer-focused seasonal product ranges by collaborating with buyers, maintaining accurate range data, and ensuring products align with brand identity, category structure, and customer preferences.Vendor Development: Build strong supplier partnerships through professional communication, effective issue resolution, and proactive support to ensure mutual growth and timely product delivery.Inventory Management: Monitor sales, stock levels, and warehouse inventory to optimize availability, manage replenishment decisions, and address slow-moving or excess inventory efficiently.Merchandising Standards: Ensure consistent execution of merchandising guidelines across stores while leveraging market insights and competitor benchmarks to continuously improve product presentation.Competitor Survey & Market Research: Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify trends, benchmark products and pricing, and drive the development of new and relevant product offerings.
