You should be comfortable picking up new central mandates as the network scales and priorities shift. What You'll OwnProcess Control & Adherence — Own SLA adherence on receiving, putaway, pendency closure, and task compliance. Fix repeat failures at source, and extend the same control model to new processes.Audit & Compliance — Run the central audit program (hygiene, process, community, safety), track completion per auditor per store, and drive corrective actions to closure. Own new store launch and readiness audits end to end.Inventory Health & Layout — Hold dispersion, comingling, CC coverage, inventory, bin, and expiry accuracy at target. Drive ABC velocity-based placement and pick path design to cut pick time, mis-picks, and defects.Capacity, Space & Assets — Plan store capacity so instock and commercial plans are never space-constrained. Maintain asset tagging and utilisation for racking, chillers, and freezers.Automation & Analytics — Build dashboards and self-serve tools that replace manual reporting. Apply Lean Six Sigma and AI tooling to remove manual touchpoints and standardise ways of working across markets.Programs & Projects — Deliver leadership-assigned central programs on time, with stakeholder alignment and a clear data narrative.Additional central operations mandates may be assigned based on business priority and your strengths. What You'll NeedExperience — 3–6 years in quick commerce, e-commerce fulfilment, retail supply chain, or warehouse operations, with hands-on ownership of process design, audits, or inventory accuracy across multiple sites. Multi-market or distributed team exposure is a plus.Technical — SQL and BigQuery (independent), Python for automation, Power BI or Tableau, and practical use of AI tools. Advanced Sheets and Apps Script welcome.Functional — Lean Six Sigma with real project evidence, strong SOP and process documentation, and an operational excellence mindset: define the metric, build the measurement, close the gap.Ways of Working — Drives closure with teams that don't report to you. Turns raw data into a leadership-ready recommendation. Comfortable with ambiguity, and prefers standardization over firefighting.Who will excel? We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters. You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action. We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
