This role supports daily operations, including coordinating schedules, monitoring project progress, and ensuring content and training materials are delivered on time and to quality standards. The Assistant Manager helps oversee a small team, assists with workload planning, and provides guidance to staff on priorities and workflows. In collaboration with leadership, this role contributes to process improvements, maintains documentation, and helps resolve issues that may impact productivity or user experience. The Assistant Manager also communicates with internal and external stakeholders, gathers feedback, and supports initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of Photoshop tips, tutorials, and community engagement.Qualifications Ability to coordinate team activities, manage schedules, and support day-to-day operational tasks.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.Experience in a supervisory, assistant management, or team lead role is beneficial.Comfort with creative or digital environments; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or related tools is an asset.Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently while collaborating well within a team.Proficiency with basic office software and tools used for project tracking and documentation.Post-secondary education in business, management, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
