As the right hand to our Head Bitch in Charge, you'll help lead a team of hospitality-obsessed baristas and shift leads across a high-energy, high-volume cafe environment. This role is all about the floor — you're the vibe-setter during the rush, the one training up new hires, and the reason every customer walks out feeling like they just had the best interaction of their day. You'll support scheduling, recipe adherence, quality control, and day-to-day operations, while stepping in on ordering and inventory as needed. Customer service is your love language, and you know how to turn a regular into a raving fan.
