The team focuses on high-priority regulatory and risk areas, including post-quantum cryptography migration, AI assurance, and defense against deepfakes and synthetic identities. ORVIX works closely with in-country partners to provide compliant, resilient, and scalable AI systems.Role Description The Assistant Manager role at ORVIX is a full-time remote position supporting operational, project, and stakeholder management activities across applied AI and cybersecurity engagements. The Assistant Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, track project milestones, and ensure that deliverables meet internal quality standards and client expectations. This role will assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to AI, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance initiatives, and help maintain structured communication with clients and partners in the GCC and Levant. The Assistant Manager will support resource planning, risk identification, and issue resolution, as well as contribute to process improvements in service delivery and internal operations. The role involves working closely with senior managers to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and uphold a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in a distributed, remote environment.Qualifications Project and operations management skills, including task prioritization, milestone tracking, and coordination of cross-functional teams.Stakeholder and client management capabilities, such as clear communication, expectation setting, and relationship building with internal and external partners.Analytical and documentation skills, including report writing, preparing presentations, and organizing information related to AI, cybersecurity, and regulatory work.Familiarity with technology-driven environments, preferably with exposure to AI, cybersecurity, or regulated industries in the GCC and Levant.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language skills are an asset.Bachelor’s degree in business, management, information systems, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.Experience in a supervisory or coordination role, with demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, inclusive working style.
