This role supports daily operational management, including coordinating team activities, monitoring workflow, and assisting with project planning and execution. The Assistant Manager helps maintain process compliance, prepares reports, and supports communication between management and team members. Responsibilities also include contributing to problem resolution, ensuring quality standards, and helping optimize efficiency in a computer and network security environment. The role requires consistent on-site presence, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and proactive support of company initiatives and policies.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in operations, office management, or team coordination, preferably in technology or security-related environments.Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to oversee daily activities and support project delivery.Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.Basic understanding of computer and network security concepts, with the ability to learn company tools and processes.Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement.Comfort working on-site in a structured environment, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.Prior supervisory or lead experience is an advantage, as is experience working in multinational or cross-cultural settings.
