Job title: Assistant Manager – Açaí Bar

Location: 1351 N Hill Ave., Pasadena, CA 91104 Type: Part-time to full-time, 30–40 hours per week Pay: $20–$24 per hour to start, depending on experienceAbout Açaí BarAçaí Bar is a locally owned açaí and smoothie shop serving Southern California since 2020.

We’re a small, tight-knit team that takes pride in fresh ingredients, fast and friendly service, and creating a spot our neighborhood loves coming back to. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our team.What you’ll doLead shifts and keep the store running smoothly during busy rushesTrain, support, and motivate team members, setting the standard for great serviceOpen and close the store, including cash handling and end-of-day proceduresHelp manage inventory, ordering, and product qualityKeep the store clean, organized, and up to food safety standardsHandle customer questions and resolve issues with a positive attitudeSupport the owner with scheduling, labor, and day-to-day operationsWhat we’re looking forPrevious experience in food service, retail, or hospitality (shift lead or supervisory experience is a plus)A natural leader who stays calm and organized under pressureReliable, punctual, and takes ownership of their workFriendly and great with customers and coworkersAvailability for mornings, evenings, and weekendsCalifornia Food Handler Card (or ability to get one)What we offer$20–$24 per hour to start, based on experiencePaid training30–40 hours per weekReal room to grow with a small business that’s expandingA fun, supportive team environmentHow to applyApply through LinkedIn or send your resume to [email address].
