Assistant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Fit-Out / Tenant Projects to oversee the successful delivery of tenant Fit-Out projects within DIFC, Dubai, from initial coordination through execution, inspection and final project close-out.📍 Location: DIFC, Dubai💼 Position: Assistant Manager – Fit-Out / Tenant Projects

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee tenant Fit-Out projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.Coordinate closely with landlords, tenants, contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders.Ensure all Fit-Out activities comply with DIFC requirements, approved designs, Fit-Out guidelines and applicable regulations.Conduct regular site inspections, project reviews and quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and required standards.Prepare and issue Retail Delivery milestones in accordance with lease requirements.Supervise tenant Fit-Out works and coordinate with contractors to ensure progress against agreed milestones.Lead and guide the Fit-Out team, providing direction and support to maintain high service standards.Monitor Fit-Out-related technical issues and ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and project criteria.Oversee or prepare Lease Outline Drawings (LOD), Tenant Fit-Out Manuals and Logistics Manuals.Conduct Fit-Out induction meetings for tenants and contractors, explaining project procedures and requirements.Manage project documentation and technical records required for project close-out.Maintain regular communication with the landlord regarding project progress, milestones, risks, issues and changes.Prepare and present comprehensive project progress reports to internal stakeholders and senior management.Lead weekly project update meetings with the landlord.Conduct weekly site walks for ongoing projects and monitor progress against submitted work programmes.Candidate Profile:We are looking for candidates with strong experience in:✅ Tenant Fit-Out & Retail Delivery✅ Fit-Out Project Management✅ Landlord & Tenant Coordination✅ Contractor & Consultant Management✅ Commercial / Retail Fit-Out Projects✅ Project & Site Inspections✅ Fit-Out Guidelines & Compliance✅ Lease Outline Drawings (LOD)✅ Fit-Out & Logistics Manuals✅ Project Scheduling & Milestone Tracking✅ Quality & Regulatory Compliance✅ Project Documentation & Close-Out✅ Stakeholder Management✅ Progress Reporting & Management Presentations✅ Team Supervision & CoordinationCandidates with experience in premium commercial developments, retail environments, mixed-use properties, shopping destinations or large-scale property/Facilities Management environments would be particularly relevant.📩 Interested CandidatesIf you have strong experience in Tenant Fit-Out, Retail Delivery and Project Management and are looking for your next opportunity in Dubai, we would like to hear from you.Please apply through LinkedIn or share your updated CV with the recruitment team, mentioning “Assistant Manager – Fit-Out / Tenant Projects” in your application.#Hiring #AssistantManager #FitOut #FitOutManager #TenantFitOut #RetailDelivery #RetailFitOut #ProjectManagement #TenantCoordination #FacilitiesManagement #PropertyManagement #MEP #EngineeringJobs #DIFC #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #HiringInDubai
