Are you passionate about Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to doing things the right way?Join us as an Assistant Manager – Compliance & Control and play a key role in strengthening governance, managing business risks, and ensuring compliance across the organization.ResponsibilitiesConduct compliance reviews and audits to identify risks, control gaps, and cost-saving or cost-avoidance opportunities.Support business units in identifying and mitigating risks while strengthening internal controls and ensuring regulatory compliance.Assist in reviewing and improving business processes, procedures, and control systems to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.Monitor regulatory changes, compliance requirements, and third-party risks, while supporting risk and compliance reporting.Promote a strong risk and compliance culture through stakeholder collaboration, employee training, awareness initiatives, and ongoing guidance.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Full or partial qualification in CA or ACCA.Minimum 4 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, or a related area.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks, interpret information, and identify practical solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.A proactive and continuous learning mindset, with an interest in staying up to date on regulatory developments, industry trends, and compliance best practices.
