Are you experienced in compliance, governance, or risk, with a strong grasp of Kuwait's regulatory environment? We're looking for a Compliance Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll lead the company's compliance agenda and keep operations, policies, and governance aligned with Kuwaiti laws and regulatory requirements. What you'll do Framework & policy: Lead, maintain, and improve the company's compliance framework, policies, and procedures. Regulatory monitoring: Track legal and regulatory updates and turn them into practical policy and process changes. Reviews & controls: Run compliance reviews, spot checks, and corrective action follow-up across the business. Investigations: Handle breaches, ethics concerns, and conflicts of interest with proper documentation and confidentiality. Reporting: Prepare compliance and risk reports for the CEO, Executive Management, and Board. Awareness & training: Deliver compliance awareness and training sessions for employees and management. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or related field. 6–8 years of experience in compliance, governance, or risk. Strong understanding of Kuwait's regulatory environment. Experience in a listed, regulated, or multi-site business is preferred. Strong command of MS Office and computer skills. Fluency in written & verbal communication in Arabic and English. Discrete and sound judgement with sensitive & confidential information.
