The firm provides statutory audits, internal audits, advisory services, and taxation services to a wide range of entities, including companies, partnership firms, individuals (including NRIs), NGOs, and co-operative societies across multiple industries. UR & Co. has significant experience with large public sector assignments, including district-level project reports. The firm has also managed internal audits for BSNL for 10 consecutive years and KTDC for nearly 7 consecutive years, reflecting strong expertise in complex compliance and audit engagements.We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to handle MCA/ROC and GST compliance, support statutory, internal, and tax audits, and assist on consulting assignments for our client portfolio.Key Responsibilities· MCA / ROC Compliance: Prepare and file annual returns and financial statements (AOC-4, MGT-7/7A), event-based forms (DIR-3 KYC, DIR-12, PAS-3, MGT-14, CHG-1), and maintain statutory registers, minutes, and resolutions.· GST Compliance: Handle GST registrations, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings, annual returns (GSTR-9/9C), ITC reconciliation with GSTR-2B, and replies to departmental notices.· Audit Support: Assist in statutory, internal, tax, and GST audits—prepare working papers, schedules, and reconciliations, and coordinate with auditors and clients.· Consulting: Support client advisory on incorporation, regulatory updates, GST applicability, and compliance process improvements.· Client Coordination: Track compliance calendars and deadlines, act as a point of contact for assigned clients, and guide junior team members.Eligibility· Qualification: CA Inter or CMA Inter (mandatory).· Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in MCA/ROC and GST compliance (mandatory), preferably with a CA/CMA firm.· Skills: Working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, GST law, the MCA21 and GST portals, MS Excel, and Tally.· Attributes: Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.Compensation· Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
