Assistant Manager – Corporate FinanceWe are looking for an Assistant Manager – Corporate Finance to join our Group Finance team and play a key role across Treasury, Tax Planning, International Structuring and Corporate Finance.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in Group Treasury operations and the management of banking relationships. Assist in managing and monitoring the Group's investment portfolio, liquidity, funding and foreign exchange exposures. Support Group Tax Planning, Tax Compliance and International Structuring initiatives. Prepare reports for the Board, Audit Committee and Treasury reporting. Prepare financial analysis, financial forecasts and management reports to support strategic Group projects and initiatives. Collaborate with Business Units and cross-functional teams to deliver Group finance initiatives.We're Looking ForDegree in Finance & Accounting or Membership of CA Sri Lanka, CIMA or ACCA.4+ years of overall experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.Strong knowledge of Treasury, Tax, Financial Reporting and ERP systems.Excellent analytical, financial modelling, communication and stakeholder management skills.
