Assistant Manager Corporate Finance

In line with our expansion plans, we seek dynamic and suitably qualified individuals for the position of Assistant Manager, Corporate Finance to join our growing team at our office in Phileo Damansara 1, Petaling Jaya.The successful candidate will be part of a team to advise on and co-ordinate a wide range of corporate finance transactions such as initial public offering, fairness opinion, fund raising and M&A;He/she will liaise with investment banks, rating agencies, auditors, solicitors, tax agents and other advisors;He/she will undertake the evaluation of corporate proposals, preparing evaluation reports for senior management, reviewing documents and preparing applications to regulatory authorities;The successful candidate is also expected to undertake research, financial modelling and valuation; andAssist in any other related work.Requirements:Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, auditing or other related field.He/she should be proficient with all relevant guidelines and regulatory requirements.He/she should have at least a degree in finance, accounting, law or any other related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA would provide an added advantage.Candidates should have strong analytical skills for market and research data and detailed-oriented in the review of documentation and verification of information.He/she should possess good English writing and communication skills to liaise with external parties involved in the corporate proposals.Candidates should be highly driven, independent and able to multitask. He/she should demonstrate good communication and presentation skills as well as be able to work under pressure.
