As a master developer, we invest in sustainable infrastructure, accessibility, community amenities and family-focused facilities including community centres, mosques, schools, supermarkets and landscaping.Our integrated real estate offering also includes a robust land sales portfolio, project management for large-scale projects, as well as top-notch facilities management services.About the job:Lead Defects Liability Period (DLP) activities across completed developments, ensuring defects are effectively managed and resolved in line with quality and contractual standards.Manage contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to drive rectification works, monitor performance, and ensure accountability for outstanding defects.Conduct site inspections of residential units, common areas, and building assets to investigate reported defects, validate concerns, and determine appropriate corrective actions.Partner closely with project delivery, quality, and technical teams to resolve post-handover issues and support the successful transition of developments into operations.Engage directly with homeowners and residents, providing technical guidance, managing expectations, and resolving complex or disputed defect-related concerns.Support the resolution of customer complaints by conducting onsite assessments and facilitating practical, timely solutions through effective stakeholder coordination.Monitor defect trends, contractor performance, and outstanding actions, preparing reports and recommendations to support operational decision-making.Deliver a high standard of customer experience throughout the post-handover period by maintaining clear communication and ensuring responsive issue resolution.About you:A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.You must hold a valid UAE driving license and your own car (preferably) as you will need to undertake regular site visits.Ability to balance technical issue resolution with customer-facing responsibilities, including managing expectations and resolving concerns.Understanding of building construction, building systems, defect diagnosis, contractor management, and technical inspections.Ability to balance technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities and manage challenging stakeholder situations.
