📢 WE ARE HIRING | Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Direct Purchase🚗 Industry: Automotive Manufacturing💼 Department: Purchase / Strategic Sourcing🏭 Preferred Industry: Automotive OEM / Tier-1 / Tier-2We are looking for experienced purchasing professionals with strong expertise in commodity sourcing, should-costing, supplier negotiations, and new-program procurement.🔹 Commodity Expertise RequiredEngineering Plastics: PA6, PA66, PP, POM, injection moulding, and resin costing.Foam & Trim: PU foam, fabrics, leather, PVC, automotive interiors, and trim costing.Sheet Metal & Tubular Parts: Stamping, pressing, tube bending, welding, steel costing, and tooling.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesManage direct purchasing and strategic sourcing activities.Conduct should-costing and commercial negotiations.Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers.Handle RFQs, new-program procurement, and RFQ-to-SOP activities.Drive cost reduction, localization, and VA/VE initiatives.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.🔹 Candidate Requirements✅ Experience at Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager level in Purchase or Strategic Sourcing.✅ Direct purchasing experience in the automotive industry.✅ Strong expertise in at least one of the specified commodities.✅ Hands-on experience in costing, supplier development, and commercial negotiations.✅ Experience with automotive OEM / Tier-1 / Tier-2 companies preferred.
