Hiring | Assistant Manager – Sourcing / Vendor Developmenthiring an experienced Assistant Manager – Sourcing / Vendor Development to join our team.We are looking for professionals with 5–10 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Purchasing, or Vendor Development, preferably from the Automotive / Auto Components industry. Candidates with strong Fastener industry experience will be highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers for automotive components and fasteners.Manage end-to-end sourcing activities including RFQ, quotation analysis, negotiations, and supplier finalization.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.Conduct supplier capability assessments based on Quality, Cost, Delivery, Capacity, and Technical requirements.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and other commercial conditions.Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements in QCD.Develop alternate sources to minimize supply risks and ensure continuity.Work closely with Procurement, Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.Track market intelligence, supplier capabilities, pricing trends, and sourcing opportunities.Ensure sourcing and vendor development activities comply with organizational quality and procurement requirements.Candidate Profile5–12 years of relevant experience in Sourcing / Procurement / Purchasing / Vendor Development.Experience in the Automotive / Auto Components industry.Fastener industry experience is highly preferred.Strong understanding of automotive components and supplier manufacturing processes.Hands-on experience in vendor identification, development, evaluation, negotiation, and supplier management.Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, cost analysis, and commercial negotiations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple suppliers and sourcing requirements.📍 Location: Gurugram💼 Position: Assistant Manager – Sourcing / Vendor Development⏳ Experience: 5–10 YearsInterested candidates can share their updated CV or reach out for further details.#Hiring #Sourcing #Procurement #VendorDevelopment #Automotive #AutoComponents #Fasteners #SupplierDevelopment #Purchasing #Gurugram #Jobs
