Assistant Manager - Development Financial Analysis

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial analyses that will inform strategic business decisions and enhance our operational efficiencies.The Financial Analyst will conduct in-depth evaluations of financial performance, contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, and develop financial models that support investment strategies. Your analytical skills will play a key role in driving the company's financial objectives and facilitating data-driven decision-making.ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed financial analyses to evaluate project performance and inform investment decisionsDevelop and maintain financial models to project future revenue, costs, and profitabilityPrepare financial reports and presentations for management, providing insights and recommendations based on analysisCollaborate with various departments to gather data and provide support in budgeting and forecasting processesMonitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvementAssist in preparing for external audits by providing financial documentation and ensuring compliance with regulationsStay informed of industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree is a plusMinimum of 5-7 years of relative experience in financial analysis, preferably in large-scale projects or the entertainment, Real Estate sectorStrong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reportingExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial dataProficient in financial software and advanced Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantageStrong communication skills, capable of presenting financial information clearly and concisely to stakeholdersSelf-motivated, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
