The position owns the full P&L responsibility, drives online sales performance, manages platform operations, and ensures digital brand excellence. The role works cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and external partners to grow the business and enhance customer experience.Job Responsibilities:E-commerce Strategy & Ownership* Lead the development and execution of the annual e-commerce business plan across all channels (marketplace, pure players, brand.com, quick commerce).* Set channel-specific objectives, KPIs, and growth targets aligned with overall business goals.* Own and manage the online P&L, ensuring healthy margins and ROI from digital investments.Platform & Account Management* Manage relationships with major e-retailers (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Instashop, Carrefour Online) and platform account managers.* Ensure product listings, content, pricing, and availability are accurate and optimized for conversion.* Lead the execution of promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, and exclusive online launches.* Monitor and optimize product assortment per platform/channel performance.Performance Analysis & Reporting* Track and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, media efficiency, and conversion trends across platforms.* Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations to drive sales and reduce inefficiencies.* Conduct gap analysis versus targets and propose action plans to course-correct.Campaigns, Content & Merchandising* Oversee the planning, briefing, and execution of digital campaigns (paid media, e-retailer banners, search, email).* Ensure brand consistency in visuals, tone, and messaging across all e-commerce channels.* Lead product page optimization (SEO, A+ content, images, ratings/reviews strategy).* Work with agencies or internal teams for design and copy development.Cross-functional Leadership* Coordinate closely with Trade Marketing, Brand, and Sales teams to align e-commerce activities with broader commercial priorities.* Work with Supply Chain to ensure forecast accuracy, stock availability, and timely fulfillment.* Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, promotional ROI, and pricing strategy.* Align with Customer Service to resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction rates.Team & Vendor Management* Provide day-to-day direction to e-commerce executives or coordinators (if applicable).* Manage third-party vendors (agencies, content providers, fulfillment partners) and hold them accountable for KPIs.* Build internal capabilities in e-commerce and act as a digital champion across the organization.Functional / Technical Competencies* Data-driven Decision Making* Online Sales & P&L Ownership* Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI, CMS, and AMS* Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
