You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, support engineering projects, manage technical documentation and control systems, coordinate spare parts planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to enhance equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.You Are Good AtPlanning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies. Troubleshooting electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems in a manufacturing environment. Coordinating maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Managing technical documentation, control system backups, and engineering records.Working with OEMs and vendors to resolve technical issues and optimize maintenance support. Utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for maintenance planning and reporting. Applying HSE standards and engineering best practices to ensure safe plant operations. Prioritizing maintenance activities while responding effectively to operational requirements.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability and plant performance. What You'll BringBSc Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or an equivalent engineering discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance within a pharmaceutical, FMCG, chemical, or other regulated manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance methodologies. Experience with PLCs, instrumentation systems, industrial automation, electrical distribution, and process control equipment. Knowledge of industrial electrical safety standards, maintenance practices, and HSE requirements. Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
