Responsibilities

Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for Plant equipment.Respond to breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.Keep records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards within the factory.Identify and mitigate potential hazards in the dyeing processes and equipment.Develop strategies to minimize water and energy consumption while adhering to environmental regulationsOversee the electrical systems of dyeing machinery, including control panels, sensors, and automation systems.Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure proper grounding and safety measures.Implement automation and control solutions to enhance process efficiency and reduce human error.Maintain and repair dyeing machinery, pumps, agitators, and heat exchangers.Design modifications or improvements to equipment for better efficiency and safety.Collaborate with supply chain to source and install new equipment.Oversee operation of Generator, Compressor, Boiler, Switchgear and protective devices in substation Oversee operation of ETP & WTP system Requirements:B.Sc Engineering- Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical from any reputed university.Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing industry.
